- 1 1/2 lb. each: cubed beef and pork or 3 lb. cubed beef
- 2 c. chopped onions
- 3 green peppers, chopped
- 6 oz. tomato paste
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1/4 c. chili powder
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Method
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Cover.
- Cook on high in crock-pot for 6 to 8 hours.
- Wire whisk until meat is shredded. Makes 6 or more sandwiches.
