Ingredients
- beef round for Brasciole
- thin steaks (usually 3 per pkg.)
- carrots
- pickles (dill)
- bacon
Method
- Take each slice of steak.
- Place a strip of bacon.
- Add a slice of pickle and carrot; roll up and place toothpicks in to hold together.
- Brown.
- Add beef gravy (canned).
- Simmer about 1/2 hour.
