Ingredients
- 1 c. margarine
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 1/2 c. flour
Method
- Cream together margarine, cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg yolk and vanilla; mix until blended.
- Add flour and blend.
- Chill overnight.
- Drop by teaspoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet.
- Cook each batch at 375° for 8 to 10 minutes.
