Ingredients

  • 2 lb. of Round Steak (diced and tenderized)
  • 1 can of Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 2 cans of water
  • 1 Large onion (diced)
  • 1 pint of sour cream
  • 1 12 oz. pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
  • flour (to dredge diced round steak in)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic powder
  • 1/2 stick margarine (melted)

Method

  • Dice meat and remove all fat and strings. Dredge in flour. Add meat and diced onions to skillet with margarine. Cook until onions are done and meat is lightly browned. Add the can of soup and two cans of water. Cook until all is very hot. Add the shredded cheddar cheese. Mix well, until melted. Turn off heat and add sour cream.
  • Remove from stove and mix well.
