- 2 lb. boiled shrimp
- 2 tsp. parsley
- 1/2 c. green onions
- 1/2 c. small white onions
- 2 pickles
- 4 stalks celery
- pinch of cayenne pepper
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- salt and pepper to taste
- lettuce
- crackers
Method
- Chop shrimp in half or thirds, depending on size.
- Chop fine and add parsley, green onions, white onions, pickles and celery. Add pinch of cayenne, salt and black pepper to taste.
- Fold in mayonnaise.
- Serve on lettuce leaves with crackers.
