Ingredients
- 1/2 c. soft butter
- 2 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 9-inch shell
Method
- Cream butter and sugar and add flour and eggs.
- Beat well; stir in buttermilk and vanilla.
- Pour in shell.
- Bake 45 to 50 minutes at 350°.
