Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 can tomatoes (1 lb.)
- 1 can red beans (1 lb.)
- 1 can tomato sauce (1 lb.)
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 2 tsp. cumin
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Method
- Saute onions; add ground beef.
- Add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 30 minutes, uncovered.
