- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, put in blender
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, softened
- 1 whole chicken
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- sauteed onions
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 1 lb. spaghetti noodles
Method
- Boil chicken, debone and save 1 cup of broth.
- Cook noodles (I usually cook them in the chicken broth).
- Combine all ingredients. Cook at 350° for about 30 minutes or until bubbly.
