Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cup of regular oat
  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup of unsalted butter
  • 375g or 13.2 oz of condensed milk
  • 200g or 7.1 oz of table cream
  • 1/2 bundle of holy grass
  • 1/2 lemon juice (fruit)

Method

  • Grind in a blender the oat and the brown sugar. Put in a bowl and add the unsalted butter, mixed using your hands. Put into a pie baking pan and bake for 30 minutes in 400F or 200° temperature;
  • Grind in a blender the table cream and the holy grass. Sift then. Reserve this cream.;
  • Grind in a blender the condensed milk for 1 minute, then put together the cream and for the last the lemon juice;
  • Take the pie crust, put it on a dish plate and put the cream inside. Take the refrigerator at least 2 hours. Serve it!
