Ingredients
90ml lychee juice
30ml lime juice
60ml sugar syrup
¼ tsp rosewater
1 cup crushed ice
Method
Combine all the ingredients in an airtight container. Shake and pour into a glass tumbler.
Garnish with quartered lychees and rose petals (or, if you want to be really fancy, freeze rose petals in ice blocks and use instead of crushed ice).
