Ingredients
- 1 qt. safflower oil
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 5 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 lb. Blue or Roquefort cheese
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. coarse ground pepper
- salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Method
- Blend in food processor.
- Store in refrigerator for 2 or 3 days before using.
- Serve over romaine, croutons and avocados and sprinkle with Parmesan.
