Ingredients

  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 2 1/2 c. water
  • 3 chicken flavored bouillon cubes
  • 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream (at room temperature)
  • 3 c. finely chopped chicken
  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (4 oz.) can chopped chiles, drained
  • 1 (2 oz.) jar pimento, drained
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 10 flour tortillas

Method

  • In medium saucepan, cook onion in butter until tender.
  • Stir in flour, water and bouillon.
  • Cook and stir until thickened and bouillon dissolves.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Add sour cream and stir.
