Ingredients

  • 4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 6 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 3 tsp. sherry
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/3 c. minced fresh parsley
  • 1/8 tsp. onion salt
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp. celery salt
  • 1/3 c. chopped ripe olives
  • 1/3 c. minced dried beef

Method

  • Combine cheeses, mayonnaise, sherry, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder and salts.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Add olives.
  • Cover and chill until firm.
  • Shape cheese mixture into a ball.
  • Combine parsley and dried beef and roll cheese ball in this mixture. Cover and chill.
