Ingredients
- 2 cups mixed salad greens
- 6 ounce roasted boneless turkey with skin
- 2 cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 1/2 tablespoon Atkins sweet dressing
- 2 tablespoon bacon bits
Method
- Rinse and dry salad greens; cut tomatoes in half and chop turkey into bite sized cubes. Top salad greens with turkey and vegetables. Pour dressing over salad and toss lightly. Top with bacon bits.
