Ingredients
- 1 pt. half and half
- 2/3 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1/2 lb. margarine
- 1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash browns
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Method
- Thaw potatoes.
- Heat half and half, cheese and margarine over low heat until smooth.
- Pour over potatoes.
- Sprinkle with onion salt and top with grated cheese.
- Do not stir.
- Bake in 13 x 9-inch pan at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
