Ingredients
- 1 box Duncan Hines butter cake mix
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 medium carton Cool Whip
- 2 c. sugar
Method
- Bake cake as directed on box.
- Let cool, then slice into 4 layers.
- Mix sour cream, pineapple and sugar.
- Put this between layers.
- Save 1 cup and mix with Cool Whip for icing.
