Ingredients

  • 1 bag (30 Oz. Bag) Thawed, Frozen Shredded Hash Browns
  • 3 cups Half-and-half
  • 1 stick Unsalted Butter
  • 1 dash Salt
  • 1/2 cups Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese

Method

  • Thaw the frozen shredded hash browns. Place into a 13x9-inch baking pan. Melt butter in half-and-half over low heat; add a dash of salt. When butter is melted and mixture is warm, pour over the potatoes. Sprinkle the grated parmesan cheese over the top and bake at 350 degrees for about an hour until golden brown on top.
