Ingredients
- 8 oz. plain flour
- 4 oz. rice flour
- 8 oz. butter
- 4 oz. castor sugar
Method
- Blend thoroughly butter and sugar.
- Knead in flour.
- Press with your hand into 2 round cakes, 3/4 inch thick.
- Pierce with a fork.
- Bake in a moderate oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
- When cool, slice into 8 to 12 wedges.
