Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 1 c. onion, chopped
- 1 c. carrots, chopped
- 1 can chicken rice soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. raw rice
- 1 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- cheese, grated
Method
- Saute hamburger, celery, onions and carrots; add soups, water, soy sauce and rice.
- Bake in covered casserole at 350°
- for 1 hour.
- Uncover and sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Bake until cheese melts.
