Ingredients
- 1/2 stick butter or margarine
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1 c. raw rice
- 2 c. water or chicken broth
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2/3 c. ripe olives, chopped
- 7 oz. can minced clams (with liquid)
Method
- Place
- all
- ingredients in crock-pot.
- Stir well.
- Cover and cook on
- high
- hour,
- then low for 4 to 6 hours.
- Or, in oven for 1 hour at 375° or until rice is cooked.
