Ingredients
- whole wheat bread
- white bread
- 1 1/2 c. sandwich spread of your choice
Method
- Stack 5 slices of bread alternately (1 wheat, 1 white and so on), filling with one or more spreads.
- Trim off crust.
- Wrap stack in plastic wrap; chill at least 2 hours.
- Cut stack into 6 (1/2-inch) slices; cut each slice into halves for a total of 12 sandwiches.
- Place on tray and serve.
- About 1 1/2 cups filling will spread 5 dozen sandwiches.
