Ingredients
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 canned sweet potatoes
Method
- Mix sugar, butter, water and salt in heavy skillet.
- Cook until bubbly.
- Add sweet potatoes and cook slowly, turning occasionally, about 20 minutes.
- Makes 4 servings.
