Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
- 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
- chicken breasts, legs, thighs (to suit your taste)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 2 c. water
Method
- Put uncooked rice in 10 x 14-inch baking dish.
- Mix both soups and water together and pour over, mixing until all is wet.
- (Add 1/2 package of Lipton onion soup with that.) Put chicken pieces on top and sprinkle with remaining onion soup.
- Cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 2 hours at 350°.
- Makes 8 to 10 servings.
