Ingredients
- 5 c. rhubarb, cut in small pieces
- 4 c. granulated sugar
- 1 small box strawberry Jell-O
- 1 small can crushed pineapple
Method
- Mix all together in a 4-quart saucepan.
- Let heat to boil; cook 20 minutes.
- Skim off any foam on top.
- Cool and put in containers.
- Freeze.
- Makes about 6 cups.
