Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 1/2 to 2 c. sugar
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 3/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 4 c. cut rhubarb
- 1 Tbsp. oleo or butter
Method
- Beat eggs and milk together well.
- Mix together flour, sugar and nutmeg; add to egg mixture.
- Stir in cut rhubarb.
- Pour into pastry.
- Dot with oleo.
- Cover with lattice top.
- Bake at 400° for 50 to 60 minutes.
