Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lb. red potatoes, quartered
- 1 small bag frozen broccoli
- 1 small bag frozen green beans
- 1 1/2 sticks butter or margarine, cut into pats
Method
- Combine all vegetables and put into crock-pot.
- Layer with butter.
- Cook on high for 3 hours or until potatoes are soft. Stir 2 times while cooking and just before serving.
