Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 lb. grated Swiss cheese
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1/4 lb. shredded corned beef
- 1 (15 oz.) can sauerkraut
- Pinahs rye chips or rye Melba toast
Method
- Combine cheeses, sour cream, beef and sauerkraut in medium saucepan.
- Cook on medium until melted.
- Add a little milk to thin, if necessary.
- Serve hot with rye chips or Melba toast as dippers.
