Ingredients
- 1 lb. lite smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 2 c. celery and leaves
- 4 c. shredded cabbage
- 2 c. sliced carrots
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. beef broth or bouillon
- 5 c. water
- 3 c. cubed potatoes
Method
- In large kettle brown sausage, onion and celery.
- Cook until tender.
- Add remaining ingredients except potatoes and cabbage. Cover and cook 1 hour.
- Add potatoes and cabbage and cook 20 minutes longer.
