Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. fresh spinach
  • 1 head lettuce
  • 2 bunches green onions
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas (barely thawed)
  • 1/2 lb. bacon, (cooked and crumbled)
  • 4 eggs (hard-boiled)
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1/2 c. grated cheese

Method

  • Wash and tear spinach.
  • Place in bottom of a clear, glass bowl.
  • Wash and tear lettuce for next layer.
  • Chop onion and place on top of lettuce.
  • Mix sour cream and mayonnaise
  • together. Carefully spread over mixture.
  • Seal edges.
  • Just before serving, top with remaining ingredients. May be sprinkled with salt and pepper.
