Ingredients
- 1 packages brownie mix
- 2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 6 tbsp butter
- 6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
Method
- Prepare brownies according to package instructions.
- While brownies bake combine powdered sugar, peanut butter and softened butter.
- Stir until creamy, spreadable consistency.
- After brownies have cooled completely spread the peanut butter mixture on top.
- Melt the chocolate chips and 6 tbsp.
- butter in the microwave or on stove top.
- Spread over the peanut butter topped brownies.
- Let cool before serving.
- I usually pop it in the fridge for a bit before serving.
