- 6 x ROASTED GARLIC CLOVES, PEELED AND PUREED
- 1/2 c. UNSALTED BUTTER, SOFTENED
- 25 x FRESH BLACKBERRIES, MASHED
- 1 dsh BLACKBERRY VINEGAR SALT AND BLACK PEPPER
Method
- COMBINE THE GARLIC WITH THE BUTTER.
- MIX WELL, THEN WORK IN THE BLACKBERRIES AND VINEGAR AND SEASON.
