Ingredients
- 2 tbsp orange marmalade
- 4 tbsp orange juice
- 1 None onion, peeled and diced
- 4 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 4 tbsp canola oil
- 1 bulb fennel, thinly sliced
- 1/4 lb walnuts, coarsely chopped and toasted
- 2 1/4 lb red cabbage, cut into strips
Method
- Mix the orange marmalade, orange juice, diced onions, vinegar and 3 tbsp of oil together. Season to taste and toss with the fennel, walnuts, and red cabbage.
