Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup MAXWELL HOUSE INTERNATIONAL Sugar Free Suisse Mocha
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 cups fat-free milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Method

  • Combine flavored instant coffee and cornstarch in medium saucepan.
  • Gradually add milk, stirring with wire whisk until well blended.
  • Cook on medium heat 5 to 7 minutes or until thickened and bubbly, stirring constantly.
  • Reduce heat to low; simmer an additional 4 minutes.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Beat egg lightly in small bowl.
  • Add small amount of the coffee mixture; beat until well blended.
  • Return to remaining coffee mixture in saucepan; cook an additional 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  • Beat Neuchatel cheese in medium bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until creamy.
  • Blend in vanilla.
  • Add coffee mixture; mix until well blended.
  • Pour into 1-quart serving bowl.
  • Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until firm.
