Ingredients
- 1/3 cup MAXWELL HOUSE INTERNATIONAL Sugar Free Suisse Mocha
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 cups fat-free milk
- 1 egg
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Combine flavored instant coffee and cornstarch in medium saucepan.
- Gradually add milk, stirring with wire whisk until well blended.
- Cook on medium heat 5 to 7 minutes or until thickened and bubbly, stirring constantly.
- Reduce heat to low; simmer an additional 4 minutes.
- Remove from heat.
- Beat egg lightly in small bowl.
- Add small amount of the coffee mixture; beat until well blended.
- Return to remaining coffee mixture in saucepan; cook an additional 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Beat Neuchatel cheese in medium bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until creamy.
- Blend in vanilla.
- Add coffee mixture; mix until well blended.
- Pour into 1-quart serving bowl.
- Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until firm.
