- 250g of red beans tinned
- 4 Soup spoons of tahini
- 250g of butternutsquash
- 4 Soup spoons of olive oil
Method
- Peel, seed and boil the butternut squash
- Put the cooked butternut squash with the beans in a blender
- Add the tahini and olive oil and blend until you get a thick paste.
