Ingredients

  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry Jell-O
  • 2 pkg. thawed frozen raspberries
  • 3 sliced bananas
  • 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
  • chopped nuts
  • 1 (1 lb.) carton sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2 pt. whipping cream

Method

  • Dissolve Jell-O in 1/2 cup boiling water.
  • Add berries; stir until dissolved.
  • Add bananas, pineapple and nuts.
  • Refrigerate until set.
  • Mix remaining ingredients and let set in refrigerator overnight to soften marshmallows.
  • Stir and spread on salad.
