Ingredients
- 2 large Russet Potatoes
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/2 envelope Powder ranch dressing
- 1 1/2 tbsp Creole seasoning or whatever season you prefer. Season to your liking
Method
- Preheat oven to 400F
- Wash potatoes thoroughly
- Place greased foil onto a cookie sheet
- Cut potatoes how ever you like
- Place potatoes in a large bowl mix in olive oil, powder ranch and seasoning until potatoes are covered
- Place potatoes onto cookie sheet and put in oven for 30 minutes.
- Flip potatoes and place back in the oven for another 30 minutes or until potatoes are crispy.
