Ingredients
- 4 small cans potatoes
- 3/4 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. Ranch salad dressing
- 1/4 c. soft bacon bits
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 2 c. cornflakes, crushed
Method
- Mix everything except cornflakes.
- Put cornflakes on top. Drizzle with melted butter.
- Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
