Ingredients
- 20 oz. box Raisin Bran
- 3 c. sugar
- 5 c. flour
- 5 tsp. soda
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. melted margarine
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 qt. buttermilk
Method
- Mix all the dry ingredients in a very large bowl.
- Add margarine, eggs and buttermilk.
- Mix well.
- Pour in greased muffin pan.
- Bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes.
- This mix can be kept in tight container in refrigerator for up to 6 weeks.
