Ingredients

  • 1 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. orange juice
  • 3/4 c. raisins, chopped up
  • 1/2 c. flaked coconut
  • 2 tsp. orange juice
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. margarine, softened
  • 1 c. powdered sugar

Method

  • Combine 1 cup flour and 1/4 cup sugar.
  • Cut in 1/3 cup margarine until crumbly.
  • Press into bottom of lightly greased 9-inch square pan.
  • (I use Pam spray.)
  • Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
