Ingredients
- 4 whole Eggs
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 cup Milk
Method
- Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Put all ingredients in a blender or in a bowl and mix well until all ingredients are well blended. Pour batter into a well greased 12" cake pan, or a large oven-safe saute pan. Bake until pancake is puffy and golden, about 25 minutes.
- Top with toppings of your choice: fresh lemon juice, powdered sugar, maple syrup, fresh fruit, etc.
