Ingredients
- Jello - 1 pkg. each flavor: lemon, lime and cherry
- 1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 15 large marshmallows, cut in pieces
- 1 cup whipping cream (1 cup after whipping) or 1 cup of Cool -Whip may be substituted
- 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2 cup sugar (if using whipping cream; omit sugar if using Cool Whip)
Method
- Use glass Pyrex dish, approximately 9 x 13 inch.
- Set lime Jello first per pkg. instructions.
- Put 2 cups hot water in lemon Jello, add marshmallows, cream cheese and sugar (if using whipping cream).
- When cool add pineapple and whipped cream.
- When partially set, pour mixture on top of lime Jello.
- When this mixture has set, pour partially set cherry Jello on top.
- Serve when fully set.
