Ingredients

  • 5 whole Eggs, Beaten
  • 16 ounces, weight Cottage Cheese
  • 2 cups Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons Melted Butter
  • 1/2 cups Flour

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Mix all ingredients together, pour mixture into a round, circular casserole dish (Grandma always used one of those glass pyrex type ones). Bake 30-40 minutes uncovered or until quiche is browned on top and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Quiche should be fluffy and kinda spongy/springy when you touch it.
