Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) can apricot nectar
- 3/4 c. lemon juice
- 1 qt. ginger ale
Method
- Chill ingredients and combine in a large bowl, adding ginger ale last.
- Serve over nectar ice ring or cubes.
- Freeze extra nectar and strips of lemon rind into ice cubes or salad ring mold.
