Ingredients
- 1 lb. bulk sausage (Owens or whatever)
- 1 lb. Cheddar cheese
- 3 c. Bisquick
Method
- Grate cheese.
- Let cheese and sausage get to room temperature. Mix well.
- At first it will seem too dry.
- Keep working it; the fat will begin to soften the dough.
- Roll dough into 1 inch or so and place on cookie sheet.
- Bake at 375° until brown.
