Ingredients
- 1 small can pumpkin
- 1 c. light brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. ginger
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. evaporated milk
Method
- Mix well with electric mixer on low, until smooth.
- Pour into unbaked pie shell (large 9-inch).
- Bake at 425° for 10 minutes, then lower heat to 350° until set in middle, 45 minutes or more.
