Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons frozen raspberries
- 1/4 cup ice cubes
- 3 ounces coconut water
- 3 ounces pineapple juice
- 1 ounce light rum
- 2 fresh mint leaves
Method
- Gently muddle the raspberries in a pretty footed glass.
- Top with the ice cubes, coconut water, pineapple juice and rum.
- Stir gently and serve with the mint leaves.
