Ingredients
- 1 (29 oz.) can pumpkin
- 4 eggs
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. ginger
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1 c. butter or margarine
- 1 c. chopped nuts
Method
- Mix all ingredients except the last 3 and put in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Sprinkle dry cake mix over top and pour margarine over mixture.
- Sprinkle with nuts.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
