Ingredients
- 1 pound hamburger
- 2 tbls. plain flour
- Milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- In a skillet, brown off hamburger, drain meat of fat retaining 2 tbls. of hamburger fat.
- Heat fat, add flour and brown.
- Add milk to make gravy, salt and pepper to taste.
- Add meat to gravy.
- Serve hot on toast.
