Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 2 unbaked pie crusts
Method
- Beat eggs, then add rest of ingredients in order given.
- Mix with a wire whisk.
- Pour into 2 unbaked pie crusts.
- Bake at 425° for 15 minutes, then 350° for 45 minutes.
- Serve with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
