Ingredients
- 4 potatoes (one potato per person)
- 1/2 c. liquid Butter Buds
- lite salt to taste
- Pam spray
Method
- Cut potatoes into strips.
- Arrange on Teflon baking sheet, after dipping each strip into liquid Butter Buds or brush Butter Buds on potato pieces.
- Bake at 425° for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown; turn.
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes more or until tender. Yields 4.
